Awards Celebration put on hold
Awards Celebration Banquet/Hall of Fame Banquet:
The Missouri Basketball Coaches Association would like to congratulate all of the teams in the state on their seasons.
During these unique times, and keeping our community safe, we are canceling our annual Awards Celebration Banquet, presented by Collegiate Awards, that was to be held on April 19, 2020. We will, however, still recognize the hard work and dedication of our award winners. Those names will be announced by March 25, 2020 and awards will be delivered to the recipients.
The MBCA will not be canceling their Hall of Fame induction, however, postponing it until Fall 2020. A specific date will be released at a later time. Names of the 2020 class will also be released on March 25, 2020.
There is not a coach out there that hasn’t called a time out and challenged his team to step up in the face of adversity. These are exceptional times and we must unify ourselves as a global team.
